I didn't find anyone who offered a tutorial on the smoother, more gradient blur and I spent about an hour searching and testing until I found what worked for me. The problem is that most of the settings I found were like the Example Blur and that just isn't my style.
The most important brush I lost was my blur brush and lord knows I forgot entirely how to set it up so I went on a google search for those with a blur setting to share with others.
TL DR I swapped laptops recently and had to redownload Sai 2, thus losing all of my settings and specialty brushes.
